Sleep Over

We had Savanna spend the night tonight. The kids played and played and then all crashed within 5 minutes of putting them to bed! They were tired I guess!

The Holiday Season!!!

We started the Christmas Season decorating the house and getting a tree. To Jimmy's delight he now had fun little ornaments to break and see how many he could hide on me! He even pulled the tree over on himself an hour before our care group leaders Christmas party!
We are so thankful for the friendships God has given to us!
Mea had a Christmas Tea Party with some of her friends. They decorated cookies and played with their favorite friend...Rachy Bauers! Charlie was a little sad he couldn't be in the tea party so Mea dressed him up like a girl!

Then the fun began when all the family and friends arrived for Christmas! We had a blast and miss you all so much! Thanks for coming here to be with us, we are so grateful for everyone of you. Here we are doing one of our favorite family traditions--Singing all together while uncle Buzz and Uncle Lyle play the guitar.
The kids got SO many presents. They loved opening them and playing with them.

Christmas Day dinner at the Bauers

We celebrated the New Year with the Stewarts.
And finally the new year began with the flu and sinus infections!

Update coming soon...

We were so blessed to have lots of family and some friends join us for a week over the holidays. To say we had a blast and walked away more grateful to God would simply be an understatement. We LOVE you all and miss you so much and can't wait to see you at the wedding.

We are more aware of God's goodness in our lives and specifically we are overwhelmed by His goodness in the form our local church. We feel extremely undeserving for all of you and extremely grateful. Thanks for loving us, supporting us and for making this the dearest place on earth.

On a different note...Aaron and I are both sick and have been for a few days. I woke up today with not only a cold but also the FLU! So, updates with picture's will be coming when I get better. I love you all and count it a joy to serve the savior alongside you--whether near or far!

HAPPY 2008!!

Love, Sara

Finally...an update!

Billie, Clay and I went to Michigan to visit my grandma. She is not doing well and we wanted a chance to see her and love on her before she goes home to the place she was created for...HEAVEN! She was sweet and it was so wonderful being with Clay and sissy. We had a nice time visiting mom and Dave and Dad and Jennifer too. It was definetly one of the highlights of the year!

Mea got her hair cut. I had some better pictures but somehow I lost them.

Jimmy's first shave! He looks adorable.
The kids adopted grandma Susan made them these adorable pilgram hats for Thanksgiving. We had a great Thanksgiving. I kicked off the day running in the 5k Gobble Jog. Then we started getting ready for the Stewart's to come over for dinner. This year we deep fried the Turkey. It was yummy. Then the Hall's and our neighbor's came over for dessert and some games. It was a little sad not being with all of the family for the Holiday but we are sure excited about Christmas!! Thank you God for friends and family. You are so GOOD to us!!

A Stone Mountain Christmas!

Mea was in awe at the snow princess
We went to the 4-D Polar express Christmas movie. It was wonderful. Benners fell asleep and Charlie was SO mad that the reindeer spit on him!!

Snowball throwing time

Craft time with Mrs. Claus. Mea was LOVING this.

We ended the night with a parade. The kids were so grateful to go and spend a fun day at Stone Mountain.
