We took the kids rock climbing in Alabama for Labor day. They had a great time and so did we. We went up there with Josiah, Francesca, Arden and Silas and also Jason, Katie, Virginia and Jordan. Mea really surprised us and did a great job climbing and wasn't even afraid!! I made it all the way to the top on my first try. I loved it!

On September 4th we celebrated 11 yrs being married! I am more in love and so grateful for Aaron each day!
School started! I love teaching. Some days are challenging but for the most part it is fun and they are learning!

What a great summer we have had! We started the summer by going to Lido Key, Fl with the Stewarts. What a blast we had and how very blessed we are to have such a great family. The kids had a blast swimming and getting to play with their cousins for TEN straight days! Aaron and I loved being together for TEN straight days too - No work, no schedules just BEACH, BEACH and more BEACH!

Then we headed to Michigan for three weeks in June and July. Once again we are so grateful to God for giving us both such wonderful families! We ate yummy food, saw SO much family, went to Alpenfest, beached it at our most favorite beach in the world (5th Avenue!) and ate Big Al's almost every night!

We have had lots of fun beach and pool days here in Georgia too. Lots of memories with friends, Braves games, hike's up Kennesaw Mountain with the Stewart's, walks, work-out's, cook-out's and many more memories made. WE ARE GRATEFUL!

US 10K Classic in Marietta!! I had a great run and felt really good the whole time except for about mile 4.5 my foot injury started to hurt a little. I can't wait to do it again!!

Family Night - We love family nights! I recently discovered that a Michigan based Ice Cream Company has come to Atlanta! They have our favorite Ice Cream...SUPERMAN! I went to Atlantic Station and picked up a tub of it and some Waffle bowls...The kids were thrilled! (So was Aaron!)

I watched a friends little girls this past week - They are so sweet and the kids had tons of fun!

Jimmy is FINALLY potty trained! We are so thrilled...he still has to learn # 2 but we are grateful to be making progress!
